General Terms and Conditions
these Terms and Conditions apply to all offers PeaceWithin – School of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation & Humanology (teaching/training), in cooperation with Divine Human – International Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training (‘PeaceWithin’). The General Terms and Conditions are accepted with the registration (= consent declaration). Amendments or ancillary agreements require the prior written confirmation of PeaceWithin in order to be valid and apply only to the individual business case. Conflicting terms and conditions of the participant are not accepted, even if they have not been expressly contradicted.
Offer
Courses, coachings, workshops, (‘retreats’) and trainings are open to newcomers and advanced students, unless otherwise stated. The Kundalini Yoga Retreats and Trainings are aimed at people who want to work full-time or part-time with Kundalini Yoga/Meditation (teachers, trainers, therapists, etc.) and who want to get to know and experience the technology of Kundalini Yoga/Meditation in great depth.
Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the office in Bremen (PeaceWithin, In der Runken 5, 28203 Bremen, satnam@peacewithin.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you (with the exception of the registration fee or additional costs arising from it) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of the revocation of this contract. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you have requested that the service should start during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract compared to the total amount of the services provided in the contract.
Change of offer
PeaceWithin reserves the right to relocate the seminar spatially and/or in time in the event of circumstances for which are not for which are responsible, such as illness or the other failure of a speaker, to use another speaker as a substitute or to cancel the event. If the minimum number of participants is not met, PeachWithin reserves the right to postpone or cancel the respective event. In the event of a postponement of an event, participants may choose between participating in the alternative date and the refund of any participation fees that may have already been paid. In the event of the cancellation of an event without replacement, already paid participation fees will be refunded.
Health complaints
The participant must announce existing health impairments or illnesses or an existing pregnancy with the registration. In the case of existing illnesses, physical or psychological limitations or pregnancy, participation is only possible with the express permission of the attending physician/therapist.
Disclaimer
PeaceWithin is liable for the proper functioning of the furnishings provided. It is expressly noted that the student with this registration assures that he is healthy. We assume no liability for valuables brought with us.
The seminars/retreats/trainings do not constitute medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. They are not suitable for correcting mental disorders. Participation in the seminars/retreats/trainings is voluntary and self-responsible. In addition, PeaceWithin’s liability is limited to intent, gross negligence and breach of essential contractual obligations, which must be typical damages foreseeable in a seminar/retreat/training event.
